Shipping policy

Order Handling Time

- Order Handling Time is typically three (3) Standard Business Days.

- The Date your Order is placed is considered Day Zero (0).


Estimated Delivery Dates

- Estimated Delivery Dates are determined by Shopify and are provided at the time your Order is placed.

- Delivery transit times vary depending upon destination, carrier, shipping method and service level.


Changes to Shipping Address

- Shopify requires that Sellers only ship to the Address provided when the Order was placed.

- If you need to change the Delivery Address, you must cancel the existing and place a new order using the correct address.  Please request to cancel your order immediately, or it may be too late, and your order will ship to the original address given when the order was placed.

      *PLEASE NOTE* You may not be able to cancel your order if it is already shipped/ in shipping progress.  

-If you have ordered a unique/ non-stock item, we cannot guarantee that your exact item will still be available for sale if you cancel your existing order to update the shipping address.


Carriers

- Standard Free Shipping for Orders valued under $500 is typically via USPS Ground Advantage 

- Standard Free Shipping for Orders valued between $500 - $1499 is typically via USPS Ground Advantage with Signature Confirmation required

- Standard Free Shipping for Orders valued between $1500 - $2499 is typically USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS with Signature Confirmation required.

- Standard Free Shipping for Orders valued over $2500 is typically FedEx with Signature Confirmation required.

- We reserve the right to make Carrier and Service Level selection based upon operating conditions and order size, weight, destination and value.

- We are unable to accommodate requests for specific Carriers. We ship items from multiple Fulfillment Centers and primary Carriers vary by facility.


Signature Confirmation

- Orders valued at $500 or more are shipped with Signature Confirmation required.

- If you are not available to receive your Signature Confirmation shipment and it is Returned To Sender you will be subject to a Reship Fee.


Expedited Shipping Services

- Options to Expedite Shipping for an additional cost are presented at Checkout if available.

- After you place your Order we will not be able to change or upgrade your Shipping method


Tracking Numbers

- All Orders are shipped with a Tracking Number.

- You will receive an automated Ship Notification email message from Shopify with Carrier and Tracking information when your Order has shipped.

- Carriers Recycle Tracking Numbers. Please allow approximately 24 to 48 Hours for your Tracking Number data to be updated by the Carrier.


Carrier Delays

- Our responsibility is to ship your Order within the Stated Handling Time displayed by at the time your Order was placed.

- We are not responsible for Carrier Delays due to operating issues such as bad weather, mechanical failures, Holiday volume/back ups, or other service level disruptions.


Transit Insurance

- All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit to the Confirmed Shipping Address.

- In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact customer service to initiate a Claim.


Claims

- Claims for Damage or Non-Delivered Items must be submitted in writing through customer service.  Please contact us directly via email or by submitting a direct message on our website.

- If your package has been Confirmed as Delivered by the Carrier, but you do not believe you received the package, please contact the Carrier directly.


International Shipping

- We do not ship internationally at this time, and we only ship to the contiguous U.S
