- Orders for Bullion products cannot be Canceled or Returned for any reason- see the ‘Bullion Products’ section below for more information

- We accept Returns for up to 30 days after you receive your order on Products eligible for Return.

- Returned Items must be unopened and returned in their complete original product packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund.

- In some cases we may be able to exchange the product depending upon the circumstances.

- If you need to return an Item, please initiate a Return or Exchange Request through Customer Service via email or message.

Bullion Products

- Orders for Bullion products cannot be Canceled or Returned for any reason

- All Precious Metals Bullion product prices fluctuate constantly and prices may go up or down after your purchase. Price adjustments will not be made after your purchase commitment is locked-in, regardless of subsequent price increases or decreases

- Bullion coins, bars, and rounds are mass-produced and are not manufactured to the same quality standards as Collector Coins. 

- Bullion items are often shipped from the mint in bulk rolls, tubes, or bags, and even freshly minted items will have imperfections.

Bullion Product Pricing

- Listed prices for bullion products are firm and not negotiable. Prices will change with movements in the spot price of the underlying metal while precious metals markets are open.
